Stage 3 ... Lifestyle change

I've just started reading into Stage 3 ... I've made it through this book mostly from just reading at work, and reading in the parking lot before my work outs! It's really served as a great motivator and at times, distraction to times when I'd otherwise turn to food, or skip a work out. I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come, and feel really good about my choices this weekend! I didn't splurge on anything, but did end up having a bite or two past 9pm, after a few drinks. I have to watch that! What is it w/ drinking and eating?! As if the drinks don't contain enough calories themselves! During the week has been not nearly as challenging as I thought it would be. There's been a couple times that I've gotten a little hungry before going to bed but I drink a big glass of water and tell myself that breakfast will taste that much better in the morning, and usually the hunger subsides!
I'm looking forward to reading about the "lifestyle" change and am very excited that the thought of making a lifestyle change doesn't seem near as threatening as it did at first. The most important thing is that by working out consistantly and eating less crap I feel healthier, lighter, and more energetic - and I've never said that after eating a big mac! :) Looking forward to pressing on ...
