Okay, sorry to be so predictable, but I LOVE strength training. I have recently returned to running which I had to take time off from, due to a sprained ankle, so I am loving being able to run again. Zumba is on my list because I know lots of people love it, and have fun doing it. I also have fun walking and hiking, especially when I have friends with me because we laugh a lot while we are moving. If we lived closer I would be your workout partner and I guarantee you we would have fun! 3104 days ago
