I blew it this weekend...big time! I think I probably had 20 chocolates, not to mention the chips, kettlecorn, soda, pie, ice cream...ummm...etc! Ugh! And, I didn't work out at all, though that was planned.
Yes, the scale is now reflecting it. I'm up to 134.5, so officially outside of my goal target range of 130-133. I feel like I DESERVE this number. And, now to fix it, right!
I just read a great post about motivation vs determination. I am not very motivated about food lately, but I can CHOOSE to be determined! And, I need to eat healthy foods as my half marathon is only 6 days away!!!
Still try to pick up the pieces & get on track...and STAY THERE!
