Back on track

This weekend prooved to be a lot harder for me than I thought. I went to my nephew's wedding and had a few hours to kill before the reception, so I went to my brother's house and he set out snacks. We were chit chatting away and before I knew it, I had eaten 2 handfuls of chex mix! UGH!
I thought I was making decent choices at dinner, baked chicken, salad, small portion on pasta salad. But, I ate a cupcake and a lot of bread! I did spend a good 1/2 hour on the dance floor and worked up a good sweat! Unfortunately, it couldn't quite make up for the 2237 calories I took in. :(
Today is a new day and I'm back on track.
