Week 6 day 3 C25K - 25 minute run completed

This morning I set out to finish my week 6 day 3 long run which is 25 minutes. I ate a good breakfast with twice the amount of protein than I usually eat and a good serving of carbs. The run went perfectly. I felt a bit tired at the 15 minute point but then I just got into the music and before I knew it - there was only 2 minutes left.

When I got home I still had enough energy to clean the house, so I think my body is really getting use to running.
