I never pictured myself as a fitness role model. But my daughter who joined the gym last spring and only went 3-4 times a month, came to the gym with me a couple times this week. She met my trainer on Thurs night and will be coming with me and training with her once a month now.
My husband was very encouraging to me today (love you!) I was just going to go down to the basement and walk on the treadmill and he said "Why not go to the gym?" I thought we were going to clean out the garage, but he said he didn't need my help. So, I went to the gym and did a 2 hour workout -- 50 minutes weights and 70 minutes cardio. The last 20 minutes were tough but I kept saying "Lose Your Quit"! and I finished!!
While I have been sparking I was listening to Michelle Aguilar, Season 6 Biggest Loser winner. It was very inspiring.
