October First Goals...

Hello SP Friends:
I am starting out October in the right direction now If I can just stay on track...
I joined Weight Watchers today
and I am beginning "Made to Crave" class tomorrow night.
I am planning to use these two activities as tools to learn about myself inside and out and to try to make connections with people that will hold me accountable.
Speaking of connections:
I am going to be meeting my first Spark Friend in person for the first time tomorrow. I can't wait. I am working on putting together a plan that is not overwhelming. I am going to use October to work on small steps. I want to take one step and when I master that one or should I say when that one becomes more habit than practice I will move on to the next step.
Octobers goal are going to go like this:
Go to WW Meetings Every Week
Although I currently do not have an exercise "PLAN" I want to work on doing things the more difficult way so to speak; like, take the stairs, park at the far end of the row instead of look for the closest spot (rain or shine)
Continue with my Reading through the Bible (I am currently in Proverbs and I try to always read a little every night.
Go to the "Made to Crave" Classes starting tomorrow evening.
Attend church every Sunday!
Track my foods and in so doing make better choices and eat smaller portions (this will take some time) Habits are not easy to break but this part is basically to be mindful of the choices I make in size of portion and type of food.
