Day 60/Last Day of Insanity!

Awesome feeling of accomplishment, I've reached my goals of trimming more inches and fat, while forming new muscle with alternate weight training days, thanks to Metabolic Effect. Insanity is great cardio fun, lots of new moves for me to master that also helped me move my body quicker. My next new workout I will be trying is Crossfit, which I'm a little nervous about. I will wait to begin Crossfit the 3rd week of October because you need to do several beginners classes prior to there training sessions. I'm excited about the beginners classes because I'm hoping to have bad habits corrected before I move forward. For example, it's hard for me to keep my rear down with Plank excersises. As for my nutrition, I've never felt better especially since I've gotten away totally from wheat and dairy products. I have more energy, less cravings, and feel so much more satisfied eating mainly produce, essential
Fats, protein, and nuts. I used to have issues with rashes and since I stopped eating grains and dairy the rashes totally went away. Could be a gluten issue I don't know but I'm so glad it's gone! Get excited about the Fall everybody! emoticon
