    Hi Lisa!

I agree with Cajuntam, it's hard to find a guy that even pretends to make an effort so you should be happy that he's so excited to see you and can't wait until tomorrow. Either that, or be warned that he may be the type to become a stalker if he goes out with you once and you decide not to go out on a second date. LOL? Seriously though, he sounds like a nice, genuine guy so go have fun and give the guy a break. hehe! Cute dress!

Cocoa delight is also a big favorite of mine! I remember not liking it the first time I tried it. Of course a few minutes later I decided to try it again and then again. Before you knew it it was gone.

Hope you date goes well. Sounds like the guy is really trying hard and that doesn't happen often these days so give him a little break. Eatting out is so difficult while on phase 2 and most people don't understand that one normal meal can reap havvock on this diet and cause you to stall for days.

Don't you love unsolicited comments about your size from people you don't know or have ever seen you in person (previous comment). I'd like to think you know your body better than anyone else.

Keep up the good work and let us know how the date goes!

Glad to hear you are getting your calories up.

You have lost enough weigh for your size. Whatever the scale says, you do not appear to be overweight.

You really should go onto phase 3 because you can eat all kinds of food then without feeling like you're "cheating."!
