So I checked out my Nutrition Feedback and I realized I wasn't eating enough! I know I have goals that I should stay in but I didn't know I should eat most of my calories. Does that make since? For example my calories goal ranges from 1320-1670 and i only did 1195. You can't burn fat if you aren't eating. So I am having a snack right now as we speak. Cheese stick 80 cal and 5 crackers 70 cals. That should help me meet the day, even though I had a big calorie breakfast. I tend to under-do-it if I over-do-it. So now it's time to find a equal balance!
