Definitely! Done! Done already! I don't have any problems drinking water. I love it and always have it with me.
DAY 7: Try a new fitness activity: This is early in the day but I will go about my day and look for an opportunity. I think it's going to be simply walking from the ground floor to the fifth floor where my office is because after work I go "chez" dentist and won't be able to get to the gym with its plethora of untried fitness machines.
And walking up the stairs is not a new activity but trying to do so many flights will be new to me--at least new in this century!
