Day 6 Drink an extra 8 ounces of water
Day 7 Try a new fitness activity
Day 8 Try a new healthy food
Day 9 Identify something you like about your body
Day 10 Examine phase 1 victories

Definitely! Done! Done already! I don't have any problems drinking water. I love it and always have it with me.

DAY 7: Try a new fitness activity: This is early in the day but I will go about my day and look for an opportunity. I think it's going to be simply walking from the ground floor to the fifth floor where my office is because after work I go "chez" dentist and won't be able to get to the gym with its plethora of untried fitness machines.
And walking up the stairs is not a new activity but trying to do so many flights will be new to me--at least new in this century!

    I love water, I can drink a couple gallons a day. I totally cut out all soda and most juices (kept cranberry & ruby red because I love it). I recently found that I can take sliced oranges, limes and lemons and even a sprig of fresh mint to flavor the water so I end up drinking more. Great for you adding more water in your days.
