Day 5: Go to bed early

I did that last night. In general I'd like to get into bed by 11 PM or 11:30 at the latest. I typically need a while to read before I can fall asleep. I am not one of those people who can make a seamless transition from sleep to waking or waking to sleep.
Much of my life has been a struggle with insomnia but I'm doing better since I started Spark People. I think I have greater peace of mind and less food roiling around inside me and preventing me from embracing the soothing arms of Morpheus.
