Day52:Insanity Max Cardio

Less than two weeks left of all this Insanity. I'm checking out some Crossfit for my next workout series...I will want to take a break from Insanity and try something new just to keep things juiced!my body has changed quite a bit thanks to the great cardio, I'm also happy I've brought in some metabolic weight training to build lean muscle. Nutrition is going smooth, I feel it's a big plus for me to enjoy a treat meal every week.
