CAJUNTAM, so glad to see you are still doing great!!
You are right that there is no reason to regain the weight as long as you follow a "clean" eating pattern.
We are all ADULTS here and can decide for ourselves what diet works best for us.
I follow Roby Mitchell, M.D. who is DrFittt on YouTube as he uses the HCG Diet for his patients, so I chose to listen to his expert advice as he has a Medical degree from Texas Tech University and also a PhD.

    Agree to disagree. emoticon

You can be ugly to me but I have never been rude to you. The first post I read this morning was someone complaining about getting nasty (unsolicated) Sparkmail from you. I'm not sure if that is the support that Sparkpeople is encouraging either.

I say again, I remain with the same account that I started with and I only spread encouraging words. I do not promote hCG but rather share my story with people who are already on protocol. I'm sorry if you view that as having "horns". I worry about your obsessive nature. Take care!

Just an update...I will leave my posts because I did or said nothing wrong. I don't fear being removed. I don't say anything that I don't stand behind. She deleted all of her nasty posts.

horns? now although it is funny, it is not nice. Play nice! That person was hatched by you, just like all the other names you go by. You get removed for harrassment and then start new accounts until people complain enough.

People have fasted since the beginning of time for many reasons. Some religious fasts last longer than a round of hCG. hCG is not a narcotic, it is the same hormone that a womans body's makes naturally when pregnant. I haven't ever heard of anyone just dropping dead from being pregant.

Maybe I'm lucky to be alive! emoticon

You are doing great. Keep up the good work and don't get too discouraged!

But to comment on a few of the other concerns, I haven't regained. It's been almost 2 years and I'm still good. I gained about 5 lbs and then stablized. I eat lots and lots of food. It did take time to add carbs back in (maybe over a few weeks for even a month or two) and I was fine. I never went completely back to eatting normally though. I eat clean now and avoid processed foods. Life is great for me, hCG was my saving grace. Regular dieting and exercising didn't work for me. I was like a machine but didn't lose anything. I sat through meetings at weight watchers and didn't lose anything. Maybe hCG isn't for everyone but I am so thankful i found it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. That crap about your metabolism drops is ridiculous. You body is still processing a large number of calories even if you aren't eating them. Your body is burning stored fat. Your body gets used to a very high amount of calories. You get a lesson on metabolism after hCG is over and you have a day that you don't have time to eat much and you gain the next day. At that point you know your metabolism is extremely high. I currently eat over 2000 calories a day for sure...no life is worth living without heavy whipping cream and bacon!

sorry to go on and on but I only come on to sparkpeople occassionally to check on old friends. It burns me up when I see people saying that there is no way to keep the weight off. Or my favorite line "you don't hear longterm success stories", that's because people don't need this website once you are thin and healthy. At that point you just remember what you've learned and enjoy life. BUT I WILL TRY TO BE MORE DILIGENT ABOUT CHECKING IN MORE OFTEN!

I am finally here, I hope your taking it easy tonight and getting some sleep. The reason you stayed the same is lack of sleep, that happens to me.
I hope your meetings went well today and you were in full attendance and not falling asleep.
I am glad you have a gym so you can continue your workouts.
    Your top is really cute.
I hope your visit there is productive for you and you have a safe trip home when ever that might be.
    Have a good rest. Sandy

You go girl! And I love your top also. I am on Phase 2 day 30. I feel fantastic! I thoroughly read and researched HCG before I started. I work in a hospital and many physicians I know are doing the HCG diet. Do hang in there. I have had some days of no weight loss. But I have not had any gain either. Just keep doing the best you can. I know it must be so much harder when you have to travel. keep up the great job you are doing!

That is a cute top. Where did you get that from? You look great. And don't worry, your weight loss will resume soon. That's what I'm telling myself. The scale didn't move for me either, but it's okay. Today is a new day, and there's always tomorrow. I hope you get some rest soon. I know how traveling can be . . . I remember those days. Hang in there. We'll catch up soon.
