J is for Jello, Jumping Jacks and Rope

J is for....... Jello, Jumping~jacks and ropes,

February 23rd. Well, I dealt with the relationship ending, and there went the exercise for about a week and a half. I actually dealt with the relationship ending......no procrastination there, for a change, they even have "good-bye" cards. And I sent one, more as a reminder to myself than to him~~not to phone. I will miss him.

Now, I need to return my thoughts to the jumping jacks and the jumping rope. My rope is too short, it started out long and then I tried shortening it, and I think that I went too far. Maybe will buy another so it will be longer.

Sunday, February 25th. Debating how to uds the day, decided to track food. Now, spend the day with the backlog of laundry or go to the gym, which was to be my Sunday thing and I had set the goal of no more doing laundry on Sunday!

4pm....well, what's a goal if not working for it? So, I went to the gym. And the laundry? Well, baby steps on that too! One load a day til it gets under control.
