Week 3 of PMPride - 9/18/2011--- Finished Week 3 woo hoo

Since I am not sure what the weekly assignment for PMP will be, I am going to make my plan and then add around it:

Sunday, today I already did my Week 5 day 1 training for C25C so since this is still officially part of Week 2 PMP I will start with tomorrow

Monday: 9/19 -
30 minutes of strength training - core/ arms Done
1.5 mile walk with dogs, weather permitting Done

Tuesday: 9/20
30 minutes of strength training - using Spark generated exercises for fitness ball/done
1.5 mile walk with dogs, weather permitting done
( of Day 2 of Week 5 C25K)/done

Wednesday 9/21-
Day 2 of week 5 c25K training, if unable to complete on Tuesday Done on Tues
1.5 walk with dogs, weather permitting unable/one dog sick
30 minutes of strength training - legs/core/ done

Thursday 9/22
Long walk with dogs - done
Some sort of stretching exercises ( perhaps Yoga) done
completed week 5 day 3 - 1/2 hour walking - 20 minutes jogging/ done

Friday 9/23
Long walk with dogs - done X's 2
ReDo ALL your one-minute tests for the body weight exercises that you did in week one OR choose two of the following to test how many reps/seconds you can do them until you reach muscle failure.

modified pushups 9
plank 60 sec
crunches 184
lunges 44
squats 70


Saturday 9/24
Week 6 day 1 c25K / done
Walk with dogs /done

Sunday 9/25 REST
Birthday for my daughter - trip to Seattle
