2011 5% Challenge Pledge

I am a member of the Periwinkle team on The Biggest Loser Fall Fit and Focused Challenge and I will soon be assigned a team to the Fall 5% challenge. I wanted to post my goals here:

My 5% Fall Challenge Pledge:
-- I will get at least 30 minutes per day of cardio
-- I will do strength training circuit 3 times a week
-- I will follow my Spark Plan diet
-- I will keep records of my nutrition and my exercise
-- I will try to support my team mates to the very best of my ability
-- I will be cheerful throughout weight-loss plateaus and dental work!
-- I will aim to lose 11 pounds (5%)
-- I will try to be active with the Community Leader group and provide the Community Service that the group is involved in
-- I will continue to make good progress on my Virtual Walk across Russia
-- I will try to drop another clothing size
-- I may not be brilliant but I will be a sympathetic and compassionate teacher
