AVOCADO-CHIVE BUTTER
1/2 stick butter, at room temperature
1/2 c. mashed ripe avocado
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix and shape into a log; refrigerate 2 hours.

    This is artery clogging food. I prefer my avocado with just salt and little lime juice then use as a spread for sandwich or burger.

    This must be better than regular butter. How does this taste? Maybe someone could even leave out the butter, and have a nice spread. I try to avoid butter.
