So Dylan wanted to go out to eat yesterday. He gave me pretty lousy choices: Taco Bell, 5 guys, and Suckers (a local BBQ joint). I went with the BBQ thinking I could get the chicken, the smarter sides: Spicy Corn and Sweet Potato Fries. Oh boy I'm feeling that meal right now.
I'm bloated and my urine told me I was dehydrated, even though I drink a gallon of water daily. Too much salt! Lesson learned. Beware the BBQ.
I'm drinking at least a quart of water before I go walking. Woke up a little later, so just an extra precaution with the added degrees outside.
I'm going without the dog today so I do not have to stop every 20 feet to sniff something.

We sing a hymn, "Yield not to termptation, for yeilding is sin", and there are always conseguences to be paid for doing so. Obviously, the key is to learn to make the right choices. And I believe you learned a great lesson. God Bless You Today, Vic, SP Team Leader of "God's Family".
