I may have found my new night time food, soda crackers! Now while many of you might think these are bad, it is much better than what I normally have been reaching for.[ie granola bars, cookies, ice cream, anything not on a low-fat plant based plan, which I tend to exclusively follow during my waking hours. My weight is reflective of the change, down 3 lbs. Now I just need 19 days to make it a habit.

    I do the same thing and it is driving me crazy.During the day I do just fine but at night it all goes out the window. May be we can help each other beat this terrible habit.Maybe if we have to tell someone what we ate that night we might not do it. What do you think?
