I may have found my new night time food, soda crackers! Now while many of you might think these are bad, it is much better than what I normally have been reaching for.[ie granola bars, cookies, ice cream, anything not on a low-fat plant based plan, which I tend to exclusively follow during my waking hours. My weight is reflective of the change, down 3 lbs. Now I just need 19 days to make it a habit.
