I'll take that all day long. Hopefully I'll see a 244 or lower by this time next week.
I had a banana before I did my yoga. Needed it. Stress has been unreal lately. I just have to not give up and become a hermit. Now Riley and I are off to walk the lakes and maybe the dog park.
