Yesterday I had lunch with a friend--in town.
We went to Tim Horton's, a popular coffee place in Canada--
I had the Chili---with a roll, coffee and an apple fritter.
After we finished, I asked them for their nutrician Guide--
I shudda asked for that guide BEFORE I devoured the food--
Chilli itself was 300 calories-----Who knows what the buttered roll came in at--the Apple Fritter was 300 calories-----
I could've hadda BBQ Chicken wrap for 190 calories-a vanilla yogurt with berries for 160 calories--and/or, vegetable soup for70 calories.
Needless to say, I had to cut back on what I ate at dinner--
Lesson??---Find out the nutrician Guide BEFORE you go--or --before you eat--
Will I ever learn?
