Feeling good with a new challenge started!

This is going to be just a short blog tonight. Ive started this week ( m onday) with Pump my Pride challenge. Its strength and working out and feeling better about yourself. This is not all about Wt loss which is great for me! Wt loss will happen as I feel better about my self and get in to shape. I am adding some challenges to my list to improve on over this challenge. I will be adding Burpees which I hate!!! And running. Im training for my first 1/2 marathon due to be run Nov. 4 th. So I will add a13 mile running goal.
I have been hard at work already this week in improving my health and getting fit. Today I I improved with my running. I did 7 miles @ a 11 min pace at 5.5 mph. Continuing my strength training tomorrow after work.
I will be posting more even with pics on my next days off. Im tired now and need to get some sleep for my 12 hr days. Talk to ya soon!!!!
