Round 4 EPC Goal 1-2-3-4-H20

I didn't blog as much last month as I wanted to but I have been focused on my goals and am still moving forward in my journey.
I want to blog more this month- so EPC is the way for me! :)
This round- I have created a 1-2-3-4-H2O approach for my goals- Don't worry Lauren- this isn't black and white- just what I am aiming for- No big deal if I don't make it- just making it simple for me by labeling it 1-2-3-4-H2O.
So- 1 hour of cardio per day, 2 lite snacks per day, 3 healthy meals per day, 4 times per week ride my horse....all accompanied by H2O!!!!
I am also going to be really trying to cut back on my portion sizes as well as looking for new little ways to fit in little mini workouts!! :)
