I have been back and forth up and down and all around regarding my eating plans.
DANG if I am tired you all must be about to faint!
One of the leaders of the IOWL team that I am on (but was not active) posted that she was listening to the first 18 podcasts. SHE HEARD MY CRIES!!!! I have been saying this for 2 months but never made it happen. WELL I started back and I am doing the work that I stopped doing and yes when I stopped I kinda lost my momentum.
I fell into a hole inside of my head when I thought that I did not need to continue the inner work. I could just eat right and exercise and I would make my goal. NOT FOR ME!
I have to stay aligned body soul and spirit at all times or this wont work for me.
My Fall challenge on the BL starts on 9/9 and goes for 10 weeks and since I am on week 1 of the podcast this timing is perfect. I will not specifically blog about each podcast here as I have it on my community journal. SO if you are interested I will post the link.
I think I know how I want to approach my plan.
Yes I will continue to eat healthy , I will focus on what it is that I really want to eat vs eating something just because it will fit the criteria of "healthy food"
I will focus more on what is it that I am feeding....hunger, boredom, stress hmmmm
Once I know what I am feeding I will have to come up with alternatives to feeding issues other than hunger.
I will not follow a focused plan as it does not fit my personality.
I will not focus on quick weight loss or getting to that magical number
I WILL focus on my mindset and will take the baby steps necessary to making it happen!
No more rushing the process! Focus on consistency!
I want unstoppable weight loss motivation!!!!
