Life goes on--and on-

Saturday, September 03, 2011

This is our deck-
When son #2 the pilot was here, he cleaned the deck with a solution and the power washer--- Whatta messy job! I was grateful he did this for me--
So, yesterday, I got out the stain, divided the deck intio 3 sections, and started the ""staining "" job-- It buried all my saddness---I was sad son #2 had to go home you see-- Funny how hard work helps in situations like this-
And so I have a few more days of ""staining""--before it will be done, ready for winter- Wonder how many points one uses up doing thi?--It isn't hard physical work, but it keeps ones hands out of the kitchen-- emoticon
After supper I visited my Grand Daughters--drove into town to see ""their"" new puppy--- Our new puppy is not ready till October--

And so------life is good!--- The ol' knee seems better---- I limited the snacks yesterday----Now---if I can just do the same to-day--Consistancy is the key!
Hava great Spark day y'all!

You're doing great, kiddo - and the deck is looking good! We've got a patio that could use a power-wash, lol... Since he flies, I don't suppose he's planning to come to the UK anytime soon--? We could put him to work, LOL!
