Today's a new day!

I have done it before and I know I can do it again. Attitude is all it takes combined with a positive outlook and putting me first before the day gets away from me. The part I need to work on the most is the late night eating. My short term goal will be drinking lots of water and herbal tea to fill me up so I am satisfied and don't eat from anxiety or boredom.

I think a nice big reminder on the refrigerator should do it! Hmmm...what shall it be??
