So yeah, back at 176 lb (80 kg) mark. I hate this so much. So so so much. In a month I gained 5 lb and got back to the weight I was in May-June. All my hard work in July was for nothing. All I can say is that if I want to lose weight I have to work out every single day for at least 1,5 h and don't eat anything other than vegetables. At least that's what I did in July. And it worked. So...
Joined Fall Challenge that will be going through September and October for 8 weeks. My goal would be to lose 13 lb (6 kg) during the Challenge though I have doubts I will be able to do that. We'll see.
The plan is:
As to lose 1 kg/2.2 lb I need burn/get rid of 7709 kcal and my food intake for one day is supposed to be 2000 kcal I am planning to eat 1400 kcal every day (I might change the number depending on how hungry or not I will be). This means 600 kcal deficit a day and 4200 kcal deficit a week. And I am planning to 3509 kcal worth of exercise. So how do you like my plan? :)
