In my world weigh-in means a gain//The Fall Challenge

So yeah, back at 176 lb (80 kg) mark. I hate this so much. So so so much. In a month I gained 5 lb and got back to the weight I was in May-June. All my hard work in July was for nothing. All I can say is that if I want to lose weight I have to work out every single day for at least 1,5 h and don't eat anything other than vegetables. At least that's what I did in July. And it worked. So...
Joined Fall Challenge that will be going through September and October for 8 weeks. My goal would be to lose 13 lb (6 kg) during the Challenge though I have doubts I will be able to do that. We'll see.

The plan is:
As to lose 1 kg/2.2 lb I need burn/get rid of 7709 kcal and my food intake for one day is supposed to be 2000 kcal I am planning to eat 1400 kcal every day (I might change the number depending on how hungry or not I will be). This means 600 kcal deficit a day and 4200 kcal deficit a week. And I am planning to 3509 kcal worth of exercise. So how do you like my plan? :)

    You can't say it was all for nothing!! What if you hadn't lost anything this summer and STILL gained another 5 lbs? You can do it, just have faith! emoticon

    First, your plan sounds great. Second, two suggestions. I'm just curious though, have you ever tried eat ate the top of your spark range to see if you lose more there? Also water makes a HUGE difference in weight loss. Take it from me. Once I discovered this known secret I've been losing some serious poundage. If you drink like a fish before meals it really helps. I drink 20 8oz cups a a day and I lose around 3 pounds a week. The water doesn't put more weight on you at all.

    Sounds like a plan. Is that 3.5kcal per week? if so, sounds like a good plan :) but definitely make sure ya eat enough. You might modify your fitness goals to include that many kcal. I know that feeling of gaining some back, and it isn't fun, but I'm sure you are still healthier now than you were in may-june. :)
