Ready to commit

I recognize this site is incredibly helpful and an amazing resource...provided I actually log on. I've been a member for many moons and never logged a complete week of workouts or food. I think my longest run so far is 4 days. whoopee. but that's about to change. I am committing myself to 7 days - just a week - of daily fitness and nutrition tracking. I've learned so much about my eating habits when I take the time to enter each morsel. The why i don't lose weight mystery is basically solved - I just have to stick with it. So 7 days - simple enough - when I get to day 8 - I hope I keep going.
