Ok, let me just get this out - I'm down 8 pounds in a month!

I'm right on track.

I have done my best to eat well each day. I was invited to eat out at least 3 times...accepted each invitation and made the best food choices each meal. I even had a few bites of French toast one day. One invitation was for my birthday celebration at a buffett...yes I said a BUFFETT!!! I ate a lot, slowly, over the course of 4 or 5 hours. So, we relaxed into the meal, chatted it up and sipped mimosas. A fabulous time with a favorite girlfriend.

I have also been drinking (more like chugging) at least 16 cups of water...that's a gallon folks!!!

My workouts have been super sweaty! I continue to sweat long after my workouts sometimes too. I finally increased the intensity and duration of my workouts and that has meant LOWERED BLOOD PRESSURE numbers!!!!

So now I know how to live. I know I will continue working out and eating right for the rest of my life. Because I am worth it.

So thanks for this wonderful site, Sparkpeople! This is my last diet EVER!!!!
