I'm motivated to work out today, like never before. Why is that? Well, its reading all the emails, the blogs, and receiving spark goodies. I want to get healthy for you guys!
At first, I was doing this for me. Then, I realized that I wasn't enough. I decided to do this for my husband and kids. I wanted to make sure they knew me thin, healthy and full of energy. But, now, I have a whole new reason for being...you guys.
Several of you have encouraged me and loved on me through this month. I'm not losing weight super fast, but my body is changing and getting stronger. I've learned, because of many of you, that that is ok. It's better to lose the weight slow and low over time. I'm ok with that now. My husband kept telling me to forget the scale and watch how my body changed in the mirror. He said, just keep measuring yourself each month and you'll be fine!
Looks like I needed you guys to tell me that instead of listening to him! For shame.
I just want to say a special thank you to all you ladies and gents that have pushed me on to the next day's goal.
