Week 2 of VLCD, 7 lbs lost

Ok, so this is week 2 of my very low calorie diet. I haven't received my HCG drops. I have been eating around 500 calories per day and last week I walked / strolled in the neighborhood twice. I lost 7 lbs last week! I probably would have done better but I ate at a Brazilian steakhouse on Saturday night. I limited myself to only two cheese rolls, broccoli, cucumber and meet. I definitely ate more than 500I calories but was proud that I kept myself away from the cheese rolls, that I would normally eat a dozen of. I have been eating small meals of grilled chicken and a green veggie through the week. I take a haggis of cut raw veggies with me and eat those throughout the day. I have also been drinking EAS AdvantEdge protein shakes that are only 110 calories and 17 grams of protein. My goal for this week is to increase my water intake to at least 8 glasses per day. I have not felt hungry by the way, probably due to spacing out my meals and snacks.
