First weigh-in and dinner august 22

First reulst from weighing was positive - down two kilos since I discovered the shocking truth about my weight last week. This is a road I have taken sooo many times before that the "good" message this week does not impress me that much. This is what usually happens when I start a diet and my concern these days is NOT to start a diet but to change my life enough to reach a healthy wieght.
I have to accept the fact that I have very large difficulties to discipline myself - and out of chaos comes also overeating, chaotic ecnomy and an untidy house.
But I also knw that I can´t work with authorities, makes me feel rebellious and also makes me start looking f ways to cheat the system.
Fixing day care for the dog will help me - I was out biking with him at 6 this morning because I had scheduled his daycare to quarter to eight and he needed to get som exercise and "dog wak" before that. The biking in the morning also serves the purpose to get my metabolism going so I will try to make this a priority this week.
To have a chance to be that energetic in the mornings I need to get my sleep so this week also has the goal to turn off the teve at 21.00 and be in bed before 22.00. I did ot suceed yesterday, Midsomer Murders were too tempting and I did not win over myself until 21.30 - but I was in bed at 22...
A salad with lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, eggs and smoked salmon sprinkled with mustard sauce, flax- and sunflowerseed. I had a rye sandwich and an apple with it.
