Today was a good day.

I will say it again, today was a darn good day. First off, I got to sleep in a smidge, which helped. I am massively sleep deprived on a frequent basis. Second, I ate breakfast, which I don't always do. Granted it was cold pizza, but, if you break it down, it contains all of the major food groups. Lastly, I got in a walk....and it lasted for near-as-matters about 2 hours. A good friend of mine is leaving for college on the 'morrow, and so we walked about a local park, as she and I have done many times. It was pretty hot out today, but it still felt good. As an indicator of how much I exercised, when I got home, I noticed that my sweat had soaked through the bracelet I was wearing. Now, this bracelet is 1/8" top level leather...and I sweated through it. Gross? Maybe, but I call it a bit of a victory that I worked that hard. Makes me feel like maybe I can do this after all. All I need is someone to exercise with, and that will keep me going.
On a side note, I went to see "Fright Night" last night with two of my friends. It was....interesting. I am a huge David Tennant fan, mostly because of his stint on Doctor Who. I saw him say and do things the Doctor would never do or say...and it made my brain hurt....or maybe that was the 3D...
