My Personal 30 Day Challenge

I've been doing OK with my eating and exercise lately but have started slipping back into some bad habits. My weight is about 8 lbs higher than my minimum (still down 35 lbs) but I've been eating too much and not getting enough sleep. I've decided to get really strict for the next 30 days as a way to reset my routine and get back on the path to my target weight.
So, here are my rules.
-No junk food or empty calories (that means no ice cream, chips, fries,....)
-Get to bed early (thus the No TV rule)
-Go to Bikram Yoga at least 20 times in the next 30 days
-10,000 steps per day
