Slowly But Surely

I am having a great time with my new routine. It is so easy to understand and is challenging to do. The cardio is the most difficult for me because I've always felt like it was an extra and that I could slack off on it. But I've noticed that when I don't do the cardio effectively, I won't lose the weight. I've also realized how much food I actually consume each day! A lot more than I'm supposed to be. I'm so glad that I joined this website because it has every thing I'm looking for.
