    Hi Lisa,
    I'm new to the site and just started the HCG diet. I'm on day 3 of the VLCD and have lost 5 pounds. I love your blogs as they are really motivating me with the diet.

    Hey Jibbie - yes I'm tracking all my calories daily. It's just some foods - like the ones my mother makes - I have no idea what she puts in there so I can't accurately track it so I pick the closest thing I can find and say it's that - like her dough bread. I just picked donut...but yes every day in the evening I plan what I'm going to have the next day then I go into the calorie tracker and make sure I can have it, take stuff out, put portions in etc. so I try to stay within 2000 and I typically don't gain that way. Sometimes though I have an extra portion and then hope I can work out a little longer...etc. that's what gets me in trouble...

    Are u tracking your calories so you know how many you are taking in each day?
    Glad you gave all those clothes away to charity. You WON'T need them again.
