Being a mom, I find it so hard to get ME time. Great job on getting to the gym. I have been riding my exercise bike every day and I had to tell my son that this is mommy's time and he just needs to go to his room until I am done. That way I can focus on me and making me more healthy. Now the trick is to continue with that motivation and work out more than just one day (here is where I struggle).
