HI Lisa, The HCG was my last diet chance. I had tried to lose using many different ways and I watched my carbs, checked sugar and fat on everything I purchased. I finally found the foods that work to remove fat from my body.
The low calorie does not seem that low because 2 cups of certain veggies is a lot!
I started using the HCG drops from GMC store and my diet 2 weeks ago. I figured I had already done the first phase of gorging. I lost 1 pound almost per day. I started at 181 and today I am 175 pounds and per my fat monitorng scale I lost 3 pounds of pure fat. I have one of those callulite massagers with infared light and I started to use it to break up my fat trapped cells. I finally started to see an improvement and my legs got the circulation that helped my arthritis knees. I started walking(something I never did due to knees) and got 5000 steps. In the 2 weeks of start I promised myself 3 times a day and have done that. The 100 grams actually is 3.75 ounces of meat. Last Friday I ate a pork chop and gained 2 pounds. On Sunday I only had chicken and lost those 2 pounds. Sorry this is lengthy. The point is with or without the drops I believe this diet works for me.
I like the lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, celery, onions and asparagus on the list.
Just one type at each 2 meals. I substitute 6 Italian croutons for the bread stick.
I firmly believe each person has their own foods that work and it take time to find that combination. I do not feel deprived, hungry for sweets and love this diet. I looked at OPERA magazine and the before and after pictures can't be right! It says now at 180 pounds they can get into a 10?? In your dreams! She did not have a small waist and only very expensive clothes have smaller size tabs on them making the rich think they are really thin. emoticon

Sorry you have not felt well after yesterday, but needless to say you did get it out of the way as far as wanting to eat mindlessly and anything you wanted. That weight gain is the weight of the food plus the sodium, as I can see your holding water weight even as you did this blog.
Chin up and move forward my friend. Do take care and not over do things if your tummy is still bothering you. Sandy
