You can do it. I had been off track for a month or so. I've been back on the wagon as of Sunday and I'm down 4lbs already. You will realise how much you've missed things once you are back on plan.

Glad you are back! Life happens, weekends happen... just get back at it. It's Monday. The most important thing right now is that you are back.
Great job keeping up with the exercise. If you at least keep that up, it's better than eating badly AND not exercising.
You're averaging over 3 mph with your walk- that's awesome! I need to walk outside more, I'm a treadmill walker these days, I typically go 3 mph... 3.5 mph gives me cramps. lol.
Don't worry about "being boring." These vlogs sometimes end up being more for ourselves, a way to verbalize our thoughts, fears, hopes... it may not be exciting to others, but to our subconscious, it feels good to get it out.
