My 150 day challenge

I joined a Spark Team last year "The 100 Day Challenge" inspired by SpunkyDucky. I exercised for 100 consecutive days, for at least 30 minutes each day last year. Earlier this year I decided to challenge myself a bit further. Last night I completed Day 150 of consecutive exercise. I was so pleased to accomplish my goal and thankful to be able to complete it. Most of the days were walking but some running, biking, swimming as well. My DH went walking with me quite frequently which was a nice bonus of time together. Both my boys also joined me on occasion. A great experience. So much of it was psychological--it can be hard to exercise after a long day at work!
I encourage you all to challenge yourselves in some way!
My next challenge will focus on running at least 3 days a week as I prepare for my first ever marathon!
