    Your lunch sounded YUMMY!! I know how your feeling about wanting something and then thinking of the nutrition in it and what you could have that you really want.
    Just eat what you want and try and stay within your calorie guidelines you have set for yourself. That is the best advise I can give you.
    You are the only one who knows what will trigger you to overeat and eat the wrong things. Try and stay away from your trigger foods but eat everything else that you really feel like, because if you try to avoid the food you want you will be looking for substitutes and over eat every time.
    I sent you and Jen a Cheesecake recipe via Spark mail. Hope you will try it is a New York style and it is better than any cheesecake I have ever bought.
