emoticon 1. What did you do since last Friday that you really didn't want to do at first?
emoticonGot out of the house on Sunday morning and went to the Museum of Science and Technology. It really is nice to get out during the weekends - typically the week is so busy that I lack the motivation to schedule things during the weekends. But I feel much more like I had a weekend, and it started off the week well.

emoticon2. How did you surprise yourself?
emoticonSticking to the PT exercises twice a day. I thought that I would be really sore after the appointment on Tuesday, but I felt fine, did the exercises and stretches that my physical therapist suggested, and overall my knees are feeling remarkably good, especially since I restarted the C25K yesterday. No puffiness, no soreness, it felt really good.

emoticon 3. Tell me about the prettiest thing you ate.
emoticonThis week for lunch, I have been making veggie sandwiches for myself. I cooked a bunch of eggplant, red and green pepper, mushrooms, and onions over the weekend and have been having that, on whole wheat bread with Laughing Cow Light spreads. And a side of snap peas, super yummy!
