I like a lot of this gal's recipe - I've made the shirataki noodles before - super yummy! So here's the recipe for the crab cake - I substituted nonfat greek yogurt for the mayonnaise.

I can not believe you had such a hard time finding pork rinds! lol. Here you can get them at any grocery store, walmart or gas station! Usually every place has regular and BBQ. I bought a bag of both in preparation for P3, but never had any yet. I believe I'll probably snack on some during our road trip this weekend. It will replace my desire for Doritos, Funyuns, etc when we stop for gas. Lol. I'd like to see that crab cake recipe. Not sure I like crab, but it sounds very interesting. I was looking at a vegetarian version yesterday made from zucchini. Not sure how I stumbled across it, but I LOVE zucchini. Someone sent me a recipe for a squash casserole. A FB friend, so not related to this diet. It has bread crumbs, which is the only thing I can't have. And I don't know how to replace those. But I might be making that in P4 just cause it sounds so dang good.

emoticon emoticon I love Pork Rinds but they have five times as much salt as potato chips, so keep that in mind.

It is amazing how fast P3 goes. Love that you did so well with your 21 days. It is NOT necessary to regain the weight, when a person does like you did and stays on protocol. Just be careful adding back in more than one item at a time with P4.
