Finally broke my goal for 280. It was a long time coming, but maybe I'm back in the downward trend now. Should get my 15 miles in for the WATP challenge,too. It's been hard with my hip, but it works if I break the mile up into 2 sessions in a day.

The slow down has been kind of discouraging, but I'll never give up. This is the first time something has worked for me, so I'm basically happy.

Starting BMI 53.8
Jan 01- 48.9
Jan 21- 48.7
Feb 25 - 48

    Just starting and getting all kinds of good ideas from your page. I never thought about continuing to track my BMI, but once I start losing I will.
