    I think you lost less weight for exactly the same reason you said. You weren't out of range. Your body is stabilizing and won't drop you too low. :) So that's a good thing! Can't wait to see how you do in P4.

    You tried the cauliflower pizza crust. I put that to try for P3. Do you think you would make it again? Some people said it was soggy.

    I also have the Chocolate delight on my P3 menu too. I found something called chocolate delight in a low carb cookbook. I wonder if it is the same thing.

    I was looking for a low-carb "pancake" but some of them use some ingredients I don't usually use. Soy flour and things.

    I am tring to put together my P3 menu for those 3 weeks.

    Nice to see your smiling face tonight. I was thinking about why the decrease in weight loss on the steak day. I think maybe after a while that the original effects of the HCG gets weaker as time passes. It has been out of your system for over three weeks now and the steak day may not be as effective as at the beginning of Phase 3.
    Your right about Phase 4 it is so much all at once to be able to have anything you want-----However you must add one new thing at a time just like Phase 3 to see how your body is going to react to it, I found that the case with me anyway. I add a new food use the wait and see approach on how it is going to affect me.
    Right now I am having an issue with Bananas I could always eat
    them with no problem, now when I have one I will go up a few ounces the next morning, I know if I would continue to eat them I would gain more. So you may find the same thing----some foods that you never had a problem with before may cause an issue.
    Just track everything and stay on top of your program. I am sure you will do very well.

    The frozen yogurt shop would have to be off limits to me I would be there all te time, I love frozen yogurt more than ice cream.

    Girl, I've been there for sure. You can do it! Sometimes your body just is adjusting to losing the weight. Good Luck! I'll keep checking in because I know you can do it!!
