I will be attempting to start tracking my food again... I don't really like this process because it makes me feel like all I am doing is sitting on the computer trying to keep it all up to date... eh.

    Do you have a phone that has apps? If so you can download sparkpeople to your phone! Its pretty handy or you can use a food diary which i kept in my purse when i didnt have the app, and at the end of the week or day i posted what i ate
