Week 1 Sleep Challenge in the books...

Week 1 of the sleep challenge is complete and honestly, I didn't really change much in my life. I went to bed at 11:00 pretty much every night and I woke up at 6:30. I feel kinda sleepy when I first get up and most afternoons I feel like I need a nap. I did manage to stick to my sleep/ wake schedule during the week but blew it over the weekend and slept in on Saturday and Sunday. Then Sunday, I took a realllllyyyy long nap during the day.
I know that I need to get to bed earlier and I am not sure that will happen until the kids go back to school. (3 weeks but who's counting?) I also know that I will need to get up earlier so I can work out and shower before everyone else.
Speaking of working out, I haven't done that in a really long time and I am hoping to jump back into it when school starts. I also have not been tracking my food and that I am starting again today!!!
