day 4 and 5

Day 4- Great day great mind frame and stayed in my calories- revisited my goals.
Day 5- Great mind frame- wonderful day- I love my family and I am looking forward to the great things the future has for us. Didn't stay in my calories today but felt I had much more control today and its not something that I feel is an issue. I am back to the positive mind frame and I think that is more key than any part of my journey.
I am going to try to ease in my workouts (rather than my 6 per day that I had planned as my goal originally) last night Lauren told me about thinking my work out schedule as "A.I.M." "Aim" for (A)tleast 1-2 workouts per week. (I)deal workouts per week is 6, and a (M)oderate target of 3-5 per week. I think this will be a good concept to pat me on the back when I don't work out everyday- and still encourage me to do more. Lauren- You are just so smart! You always know just what I need. I AM GETTING MY GROOVE BACK AND EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT.
I HAVE A WOO HOO TODAY AS WELL. MAY NOT SEEM LIKE A BIG DEAL TO EVERYONE ELSE BUT MY HUBBY BOUGHT A LAP TOP TODAY! i AM SO EXCITED!! iTS AWESOME I AM TYPEING THIS IN MY COMFY SPOT RIGHT NOW. hES GOING OUT OF TOWN FOR TRAINING FOR HIS WORK FOR THE WEEK SO HE WILL BE TAKING IT WITH HIM BUT HE WILL BE BACK WITH MY..... OPPS.. i MEAN HIS LAP TOP ON tHURSDAY- THE COOL THING ABOUT THAT IS WE GET TO SKYPE WHILE HE IS AWAY! i AM TOTALLY EXCITED... AND TO SHOW MY EXCITEMENT- aLL CAPS!!! LOL! hE WOULD TELL ME THAT i WAS IN A RAGE... RAAAARRRRRRRR~~~~ NOPE- JUST TOTALLY EXCITED THAT i GET TO CHAT WITH HIM WHILE IS IS GONE. :) oK- SORRY FOR THE DEAR DIARY PART OF THIS EPC BLOG- BUT I JUST AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. lOVING MY FAMILY- JUST HAD A GREAT NIGHT WITH MY BOYS AND SO i THOUGHT i WOULD BRAG ABOUT IT ON HERE A BIT. :) WAKIN IN THE MORNING FEELING LIKE P-DIDDY! (YEP WE JUST WATCHED DIARY OF A WIMPY KID RODRICK RULES!) IT WAS SO GOOD! :)
