I agree with so much that has already been said, wow! Good for you. It isn't surpising that people are starting to come out of the woodwork and are approaching you. You're glowing. That's good. Keep moving towards your goals though . . . that'll fall into place. There's a level of "restraint" just from responsibilities that impacts the freedom when you're "on the other side". It's not a regret there are awesome benefits to being married with kids . . . it's a blessing. . . and having a GOOD husband is a double blessing . . . and good kids . . . but the freedom of your season is awesome. Keep being happy. Play golf, go skiing, meet people, go to church, laugh and play, dream, go back to school if you want, switch jobs if you want, go to Paris or Italy or Bali or Mumbai even without a tie that makes you hold back in any way. My mom told me to make good memories, because when you're older that's what you'll have . . . now that said . . . she's currently on a cruise in the Riviera . . . and will return, unpack, wash clothes, repack and go to Africa. Last year she went to Canada and learned to SNOWBOARD. Yep, I LOVE IT! She's a cancer survivor who'se loving life! Let's ALL love it! Breathe it in, it's a gift! emoticon

emoticon I'm glad you are two pounds below your LIW, since Phase 3 is the most important part of the protocol. You're doing great. It is NOT necessary to regain the weight if you follow Phase 3 correctly like you are DOING and keep track of what you are having. Yes, there is HIDDEN sugar in so many processed foods. It is vital to read labels. Dr. Oz says sugar should NOT be in the the first five ingredients on a package.

Thanks Sandy - I agree with you. I just want to be me, I want to be the best me I can be and I don't think there's anything wrong with taking time out to do that. We're all different in that regard I suppose. Yes I've heard from a lot of people their workout time is their time away from their hubby, their kids, and their "private time". I would always want that time. It was funny because a lady that I rarely talk to at the gym, yes I've seen her around but we don't talk. After spinning yesterday, she said...you look great and I thanked her. Then she said, it's funny because you have to keep at it, you can't just get to your goal then let go, if you let go even for a week you'll feel it and I agree with her completely. She said, keep up the good work, I will continue to motivate you. What a sweet thing to say from someone I don't even talk to. One of those scenes where I walk away and I think - wow, a complete stranger has just affected my life without knowing it. But I digress...LOL

Good for you concentrating on you. The best way you can balance both your emotional and physical well being is always making time for you.
I think that is a wise move, as I see someone lose 20 pounds get hooked up with a guy and then they gain it back plus some.
So be selfish it will pay off in the long run.
I enjoy working out at night after Hubby goes to bed it is me time. My hobbies however are so many I have to make time for them.
Stay focused on your goals and just be you. Sandy
